The Flyfire OWL-30 parachute is an innovative and reliable safety solution specially designed for DJI Matrice 30 series drones. This parachute is equipped with features and technologies to enhance flight safety and protect both the drone and surroundings in emergencies.
The OWL-30 parachute integrates with the drone SDK. The parachute system interacts with drone data in real time and combines it with its own sensor data to accurately detect the drone’s flight status and ensure a high chance of rescue.
The OWL-30 parachute sensors have dual sensors. If one sensor set fails, the other can immediately transmit data to accurately determine the drone’s flight status. This prevents parachute errors and enhances flight safety.
The OWL-30 parachute is easy to install and designed not to affect drone preparation for flight/transport/use.
The OWL-30 parachute is reusable. After use, the pilot can replace the parachute themselves in just 120 seconds, allowing for repeated use.
Flyfire constantly tests and simulates various complex accident scenarios and adjusts the algorithm to improve parachute performance. In case of sudden drone failure, the automatic parachute deployment procedure strictly follows safety measures: it stops the propellers, deploys the parachute, and descends slowly to protect the drone and personnel/property on the ground.
